There are a limited number of deck spaces available for Club member’s boats that are regularly sailed. When an application is received a Parking Permit is issued which must be displayed on the stern and starboard bow of the dinghy along with the launching trolley for the duration of the parking period. Every boat is assigned to a specific parking area which the boat must be kept while not sailing.
Boats not displaying a valid permit may be impounded at the impound rate of €50 p/ week.
No road trailers are permitted on the Forecourt and must be removed immediately after dropping off boats.
Any road trailers found on the Forecourt will be removed to the public carpark if no prior arrangements have been made with the Boathouse.
Please ensure that all trolleys, trailers and associated equipment are easily identifiable.
Please note that it is not acceptable practice for sailors/ boat owners to borrow any equipment that is not theirs.
I/We hold adequate insurance against third party liability for any one accident or series of accidents arising from any one occurrence for the period it is parked/moored/stored on the Club's property.
I/We hereby indemnify the Club, its servants or agents against any loss or damage arising from the use of Club Moorings, Storage Space, and Crane, Pontoons or Members' facilities which shall be at my /our own personal risk.
I/We confirm the boat detailed is my/our property and accept that while availing of Club facilities I/we shall be responsible for the management and control of the vessel and the conduct of its crew.
I/We confirm we have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions attaching to this application.
I/We confirm I/we will remove my/ our boat at the end of the Summer Parking period or be subject to the Non- removal fine of €150.
